During Earth Week\, 20 communities across Central Kentucky will come together to remove litter from streets\, parks\, neighborhoods\, and waterways—demonstrating the power of collective local action. \nSince its inception\, Main Street Clean Sweep has grown into one of the region’s largest coordinated volunteer efforts. Over the past twelve years\, more than 150 community cleanups have been organized\, resulting in over 150\,000 pounds of litter removed from the environment.
