Kevin Butt is a Senior Director at Bisig Impact Group and the Founder, CEO, and Principal Advisor of KB Advisors LLC, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations advance sustainability performance while creating measurable business value. Prior to founding KB Advisors, Kevin spent 34 years with Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), where he most recently served as Senior Director of Environmental Sustainability. In that role, he led Toyota’s environmental strategy and sustainability initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, guiding enterprise-wide efforts to advance environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and long-term business resilience in support of the Toyota Environmental Challenge 2050.
Kevin is a former Chairman of the Supplier Partnership for the Environment and is currently an Executive Advisor to this leadership forum for global vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to work together toward a shared vision of a thriving automotive industry with positive environmental impact.

Rob Frederick – Senior Director, Bisig Impact Group
Rob Frederick serves on the Bisig Impact Group management team and leads corporate communications thought leadership, business development, and client collaborations. He was a longtime Bisig client during his Brown-Forman tenure as Vice President of Corporate Brand and Communications and Vice President of Corporate Responsibility. Earlier in his career, Rob worked on Ford Motor Company’s sustainability team and was an environmental consultant with ICF International. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Louisville Public Media.

Chip Dumstorf – Founder and CEO Bisig Impact Group
Chip Dumstorf is an innovative B2B marketing and corporate communication executive with a successful track record developing effective campaigns and marketing strategies. His industry expertise includes emerging technologies, inbound marketing, branding, corporate communications, sustainability, creative direction, and live production. He has a proven ability to leverage technology, consumer insights, and creativity to drive successful outcomes.

David Butler – Head of Sustainability at Alltech
David Butler is Head of Sustainability at Alltech. As a member of the company’s ESG team, he works to deliver on Alltech’s sustainability commitments and goals. He is responsible for measuring and reporting Alltech’s greenhouse gas emissions across the more than 120 countries in which it operates. Butler previously worked in the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection on the cleanup of hazardous waste sites. He ran a climate change podcast called How to Stop Climate Change, and founded a solar energy activism Facebook page called Solar Kentucky, which is now run by the Kentucky Solar Energy Society. Butler received bachelor’s degrees in economics and environmental geoscience and a master’s degree in geochemistry from the University of Kentucky. His graduate research focused on bioremediation of chlorinated solvents in wetland soils.

Logan Sowell – Business Development Executive at Human I-T
Logan Sowell is a Business Development Executive at Human-I-T, a national nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide while advancing sustainability. He partners with organizations to securely retire and repurpose technology, helping transform retired devices into opportunities for individuals and communities with a lack of digital access. A Lexington, Kentucky native, Logan’s career has spanned professional brewing, distilling, sales, as well as being a certified cooper – giving him a unique appreciation for craftsmanship, circular systems, and resource stewardship. Today, he is passionate about helping organizations make a meaningful social and environmental impact through responsible technology reuse.

Jacob Ball – Executive Director of Bluegrass AgTech Development Corp
Jacob Ball is the Executive Director of the Bluegrass AgTech Development Corp (BADC), where he leads efforts to strengthen Kentucky’s agtech economy through innovation, entrepreneurship, and high-impact collaboration. A Kentucky native, Jacob brings more than 14 years of experience building and scaling programs in agricultural education, with a track record of developing industry partnerships that expand student opportunity and improve outcomes. A National Board Certified Teacher and Milken Educator Award recipient, he is recognized nationally for results-driven leadership and student achievement.

Annie Rouse – Founder & CEO of Cannabuzz
Annie Rouse is Founder and CEO of Cannabuzz, a beverage and edible company transforming the way people socialize through infused cannabinoid products and experiences. Cannabuzz sells its products in liquor store channels, online and at its “Cannabuzzery” – a microdistillery concept – located in Lexington, Kentucky’s Distillery District.
Over the last three years, Annie has worked with Lexington to redevelop the property at Cannabuzz including receiving a Stormwater Mitigation grant from the Division of Water Quality. This grant will allow Cannabuzz to transform the property’s parking lot into a sustainable food truck garden.
Annie holds a BS in Economics, a Master’s in International Environmental Policy, an MBA and is a US Fulbright Scholar on hemp. She is a board member of the Kentucky Hemp Association and Keep Lexington Beautiful.

Arin Arnold-Davis – Director of Destination Stewardship and Community Engagement at VisitLEX
Arin Arnold-Davis is the Director of Destination Stewardship and Community Engagement at VisitLEX in Lexington, KY (USA). She leads initiatives in sustainability, accessibility, and social inclusion, working to make Lexington a better place to live and visit. Arin fosters community partnerships, ensuring tourism development benefits residents while promoting an inclusive, environmentally-conscious destination.
Arin serves on the US Travel Association’s Sustainability Coalition, Destination International’s Social Impact Committee, the Bluegrass Greensource board, and Travelability’s Destination Ally Club. Arin lives in Lexington with her husband, daughter, dog, and 4 cats. In their spare time, she and her husband are trying to visit every American National Park.

Amy Sohner – Executive Director at Bluegrass Greensource
Amy has been with Bluegrass Greensource since the beginning. She started at its inception and became Executive Director in 2006. She has a background in environmental education and a degree in Natural Resource Conservation and Management, but spends most of her days on program development and people/money management. Though she misses being in actual contact with the environment, she has come to enjoy managing the great staff and working with our community partners. When not at work, Amy likes to play nature hunter with her two daughters at their home near the Kentucky River Palisades. Rachel Skinner – Outreach Director at Bluegrass Greensource
Rachel is our Outreach Director. She is a graduate of Tufts University with an M.S. in Sustainable Water Management. Rachel has previously worked within Kentucky communities while receiving her B.S. at Centre College in Danville and completing a summer internship with Kentucky Waterways Alliance in Louisville. A Georgia native, Rachel has recently made her way back to the Bluegrass to pursue a career in the environmental nonprofit sector. In her free time, Rachel enjoys pickleball, hiking, and listening to live music.
